Campaign Overview:

Survey patients in a professional manner to collect feedback from their recent experience to improve the healthcare system.

Hours of operation:

We offer our contractors the option of part-time – 25 hours or full-time 40 hours Monday through Friday between the hours of  7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pacific.

No Weekends  or Holidays. 

Compensation:

$13.00 per hour – Weekly direct deposits once setup in payroll.

$14.00 per hour – If you are Bilingual in English and Spanish

Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous survey experience preferred.
  • Friendly, professional with clear, concise speaking voice, and proper use of English language.
  • Excellent communication, and call control to remain on standardized script while offering quality customer service.
  • Distraction free, secure and quiet place to work.
  • Knowledge of Windows applications, email communication and typing skills a must.
  • Comfortable managing multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Pass complete Felony background check. (this is at no cost of the applicant, and does not include a credit check)

  • Desktop PC or Laptop. (Sorry, Chromebooks, and Macs are not supported)
  • Windows 10 or 11 
  • Minimum 4.0 GB of Available RAM
  • Dual ear USB headset with noise-canceling microphone. (Wireless, Bluetooth, or 3.5- inch prong sets, adapters for prong sets, or earbuds are prohibited)
  • Hardwired internet connection is mandatory at all times.
  • Minimum 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload, and a ping of 10 or less with 99% uptime. 
  • Wireless, satellite, or hot spot service providers are expressly prohibited, and will not be accepted.
  • Chromebooks, Mac products, smartphones or tablets are not permitted.
  • Laptop users must have and use an external mouse.

Qualifications and Background

  • Certified Nurse Assistant with current Florida Registration required.
  • HIPAA certification (training will be provided if needed)
  • A background in customer service in a clinical setting that has experience working directly with medical personnel, as well as patients.

Skills

  • Excellent Communication skills – both listening and conversing

  • Spanish language desirable

  • Motivated and eager to learn
  • Problem solving skills – ability to understand a problem, interpret the consequences and suggest appropriate solution(s)

Description of Duties

  • Become highly proficient in the CLIENT devices and platform.
  • Initiate phone calls to patients to assist in initial Device setup and testing.
  • Review patient data on regular basis to ensure patient compliance with the program.
  • Conduct monthly phone calls to patients to review the received data, review the patient’s experience with the program and give advice to patient on how best to maximize their use of the program.
  • Thoroughly document all interactions in the CLIENT platform.
  • Conduct phone calls to patients who have not been compliant with the program, i.e. patient readings are not being received by the CLIENT platform.  Troubleshoot device problems and investigate relevant factors in order to expediently find a resolution.
  • Assist patients in the resolution of device issues, e.g. batteries need replacement.
  • Prepare and Email daily reports to Doctors of patients with ‘out of range’ readings.
  • Escalate patient cases to internal teams as required.
  • Communicate and collaborate on ideas for customer service improvement.
