The following specs will be certified before extending any opportunity. If your certification indicates an issue, we will contact you to discuss and answer any questions.

Please remember these standards are in place for your benefit – when followed this process ensures consistent connectivity to the call center software and allows you to work WITHOUT call quality or connectivity issues. If you can’t receive calls because your system is too slow or your voice quality is inferior, you will not be allowed to continue.

You Will Need:

Computer: Desktop PC or laptop (Sorry, Chromebooks and Macs are not supported); laptop users will need an external mouse.

Internet Connection: Private, hardwired internet connection to the routers with DSL or Cable service. We do not accept Satellite, Wi-Fi, or wireless internet connections for any purpose. Internet connections must be stable and be running 99% of the time, therefore shared connections within a home are not encouraged.

Internet Speed minimums:  Minumum download speed is 25 Mbps, Minimum Upload speed is 10 Mbps, and the ping should be 10 or less.  

Internet Browser: Google Chrome 

PC Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 

Minimum Processor Type: Intel Pentium III or better, or AMD Athlon, AMD Duron, or AMD Celeron.

Minimum Processor Speed: 1.8 GHz (1800 MHz) or better on multi-core processors.

Minimum Memory: 3 GB RAM (3072 MB) or higher

USB Headset: We require the use of a USB-only headset. Sorry, we do not support any headset using prongs, adapters, Bluetooth, or wireless capability.

Monitor: 17 inches or larger; screen resolution 1024 x 768 – Sorry, we do not allow dual monitors.

Email address, Skype, and a working cell phone: Once placed we use Gmail for all internal communication, Skype for chat, and do require all contractors have a working telephone number.
